The eggtc. kitchens in Shawnee and South Plaza have been hard at work creating a host of new menu items that are ready for their combined debut on our new menu at both stores! Some are favorites from South Plaza that have made the jump to Shawnee and others are delicacies from Shawnee that seemed just right to try at South Plaza. Others are brand new to both menus – plates that have that “certain something” that seemed just right for both stores.

Regardless of origin, the time is right for all of these entrées to populate eggtc. locations on both sides of the state line! Feast your eyes on some of our new items:


Chili Cheese: Beef chili and cheddar cheese topped with sour cream and onions.

Sriracha Chicken and Veggie: Roasted chicken onions, roasted red peppers and broccoli cooked in a spicy sriracha sauce and topped with Monterey jack and cheddar cheese.


Eggplant Parmesan: Fried eggplant and roasted red peppers topped with mozzarella cheese and basil on ciabatta bread.

Goat Cheese and Arugula Burger: An 8-ounce black angus beef patty with goat cheese, arugula and tomatoes on a ciabatta bun.

The Farm Burger: An 8 oz. black angus beef patty topped with cheddar cheese beef chili and one egg. Served with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions on a ciabatta bun.

The Reuben: Corned beef or turkey and Swiss cheese topped with sauerkraut and 1000 island dressing on rye toast.


Mediterranean Street Tacos: Seasoned grilled chicken and tahini sauce on three corn tortillas topped with feta, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and tzatziki sauce.
