In Loving Memory of Chase
Every morning, like clockwork, Chase would arrive with his devoted owner, Chris, to our little breakfast spot. While Chris came inside, Chase patiently took his place just outside the window — his sweet face pressed close to the glass, big hopeful eyes scanning the room, quietly wishing someone would step out to greet him.
And we always did.
It didn’t take long for Chase to become part of our family. We made sure to always have a treat ready, knowing that at any moment we’d glance up and see that adorable face looking in. The second one of us stepped outside, his tail would start wagging with pure joy — the kind of happiness that only a dog like Chase could bring. Customers coming in or out were met with the same gentle excitement, that sweet expression that could melt anyone’s heart.
Chase wasn’t just Chris’s dog. He was our morning greeter, our unofficial mascot, and a bright light at the start of every day. He brought smiles before the coffee even hit the table. He reminded us how simple moments — a treat, a tail wag, a look through the window — can mean everything.
The mornings feel different now. Quieter. We still catch ourselves glancing at the window, half expecting to see him there. We miss you deeply, Chase. Thank you for brightening our days and becoming such a special part of our little community. You will never be forgotten!
Rest in peace, sweet Baby Chase. 🐾

Great Eggs on Main come in all shapes and sizes!
Chase has become an unofficial mascot of sorts at the South Plaza eggtc. location. His dad, Chris, will bring him along on his almost daily coffee run to eggtc. and let him sit politely by the door while he runs in. And Chase doesn’t mind at all – in fact, it’s one of his favorite things to do! Chase gets all the pets and attention when he stops by, from eggtc. staff and patrons alike. But the best part is when Eyad or Alex brings him out his favorite breakfast treat – turkey bacon!
