The developer of the property worked closely with the city and neighborhood to continue with the vision of Kansas City’s most famous developer, JC Nichols, of integrating pockets of higher density residential, retail and office in Kansas City’s neighborhoods.
51 Main has been an excellent addition to the area, and we even surprised new residents with a gift basket loaded with gift certificates and goodies from the 51st Street restaurants! So the next time they are craving delicious, gourmet food, they can simply walk across the street!
