“@eggtcKC So hard to narrow down BUT when I visit the Main location a must have is the Spinach & Feta omelet! w/ potatoes & fruit! Heavenly. And on a heavy cheat day ill throw in the French Toast coated w/ Nutella & coffee! Everything is so fresh & tasty! Best in KC”
Shivon is right – our Athena’s Omelet IS heavenly – and very popular!

“I have to choose only one? Apple & Goat Cheese omelet is my go-to, but favorite specials are Breakfast Enchilada & Lemon Creme French Toast. I love the mix of the creamy goat cheese, savory chutney, and nuts with the sweet apple.”
