And the 2025 Winners Are…
The Minsky’s March Mayhem 2025 Bracket Challenge has ended with one final shining moment for three lucky bracket contestants! This year’s Division I National College Basketball Championship game was a nail-biter for the two teams and bracket players alike as Florida staged a dramatic come-from-behind victory versus Houston, ultimately cutting down the nets in San Antonio! Comebacks were a theme in 2025 as four No. 1 seeds all made it to the final weekend for the first time in ages!
Like the actual tournament, March Mayhem bracket players experienced hour-by-hour victories and heartbreaks with hundreds of lead changes for the over 4,700 eggtc., Minsky’s, and Osteria il Centro fans in this year’s bracket. And with $5,000 in gift card prizes on the line, every lead change and final buzzer mattered!

Minsky’s March Mayhem Bracket Challenge Grand Prize Champion: Abraham Khadivi!
Congratulations to Abraham on winning $3,000 in total prizes – including $2,100 in Minsky’s gift cards, $450 in eggtc. gift cards and $450 in Osteria il Centro gift cards! This was Abraham’s 3rd year entering the contest, and his picks paid off – big time!
Abraham’s favorite pizza is Minsky’s Gourmet Margherita Pizza and he says a couple of the reasons he loves Minsky’s is because he can get his favorite pizza all over town (thanks to Minsky’s 17 locations throughout the KC metro), and he also loves Minsky’s menu as it goes far beyond pizza. Abraham said he and his wife went on dates at Minsky’s Southwest Boulevard before they were married. Now, they enjoy locations all over Kansas City with friends, family, and even the priest from their church!
Although Abraham’s favorite team, the Kansas Jayhawks, didn’t make it as far as he would have liked this year, he was glad the Florida Gators pulled off their Natty Champ victory – making him the top prize winner this year as well! Congrats again, Abraham!

Minsky’s Mayhem 2nd-Place Winner: Mark Erikson!
This was Mark’s second time entering the Minsky’s March Mayhem challenge, and he says he is very glad he did! Basketball has been a big part of Mark’s life for decades, as his dad was a college basketball coach and Mark and his siblings all played organized hoops for many years. As a fan, Mark regularly roots for his favorite team, the NAIA Doane University Tigers out of Crete, Nebraska. Mark said he’s entered various brackets over the years without a lot of success, so he was ecstatic this year when his Minsky’s Mayhem bracket picks paid off!
When asked about his favorite Minsky’s Pizza, Mark said he couldn’t choose just one! At the top of his list are the Papa Minsky’s, The Jumbo Combo, and, of course, the fan-favorite Prime Cut! Mark said he enjoys Minsky’s because of “the great quality, variety of toppings, and the amazing crust!” Congrats, Mark! With $1500 in prizes, including $800 in Minsky’s gift cards, you can enjoy your favorites as often as you like!

Like second-place winner Mark, this was also Dan’s second year entering the Minsky’s March Mayhem Bracket Challenge. Dan said he had entered another CBS bracket and decided to make a Minsky’s Mayhem bracket as well. Dan said he’s a Kansas Jayhawk fan and, even though they fell short this year, he was glad his picks landed him a 3rd place winner spot!
Dan said he and his family enjoy Minsky’s because “it’s good quality pizza from a local Kansas City business.” He went on to say that his family enjoys both dining in at Minsky’s and ordering Minsky’s to go to enjoy during family celebrations, also noting his family really appreciates Minsky’s gluten-free crust options, as two family members have gluten allergies. When asked for his favorite Minsky’s Pizza choice, Dan said couldn’t pick just one – but some of his favorites are the Five Star Cheese, Chicken Cordon Bleu, and, like many others, Minsky’s Prime Cut!
