From Saturday, March 15 – Friday, March 28, 2025 this Irish delicacy is the perfect way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day (or any other day for that matter!) We start with a slice of golden-crisp cornbread, topped with hearty corned beef hash, two poached eggs, and delicious hollandaise sauce. Paired with your choice of seasoned potatoes, hash browns, or seasonal fruit – talk about luck o’ the Irish!
