Favorite Breakfast: Crepes Cena with hashbrowns, extra crispy bacon, and white toast.
I go to eggtc. when: During the week with the regular crowd.
Waffles or pancakes: Pancakes with real butter and maple syrup.
For work: I am a realtor.
But what I’d really like to do is: Travel and go to interior design school.

Why eggtc.?: It’s close to home and my favorite neighborhood, Brookside, and the wonderful staff has worked here for a long time. They truly make it feel like a “Hey Norm” kind of place. (You know, where everybody knows my name!)
