First and foremost, thank you for your continued patronage of both our South Plaza and our Shawnee locations during this difficult time for all of us. Your incredible support of our locally-owned restaurants by ordering meals for delivery and for curbside-to-go has made a world of difference – in fact it is your tremendous support that has allowed us to remain in business.
We have now reopened our dining rooms and, while it is a much different world than it was back in March when we closed our dining rooms, it has been a tremendous joy to see many of our regulars return and the many new faces trying eggtc. for the first time!
Should you choose to dine-in with us, know that we are abiding by all capacity and spacing requirements laid out by the Health Departments of our two locations. We have diligently prepared to reopen by reorienting and training our staff on new health and safety protocols, implementing new sanitation guidelines, and thoroughly cleaning our restaurants from top to bottom.
We have implemented a variety of new policies to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible including, but not limited to, single-use menus, frequent and thorough hand washing, and blocked-off tables to maintain distance.
INSTALLATION OF SYNEXIS MICROBIAL REDUCTION SYSTEMS
In the next few weeks, Osteria Il Centro, all Minsky’s metro area locations and both eggtc, locations will install state-of-the-art air cleansing systems. The choice to install these systems was a significant investment – nearly $300,000 – however, once the installation is complete, all locations mentioned will be continuously protected by Dry Hydrogen Peroxide (DHP) technology from Synexis. This patented system works 24-hours a day and is effective in reducing airborne and surface area contaminants such as viruses, bacteria and mold in occupied spaces. It also eliminates odors and insects. By adding this innovative technology, we are focused on customer and worker safety as we reopen to the public. For more information, visit Synexis.com or their Frequently Asked Questions.
We know that “business as usual” has not been the case as of late for any industry, and we especially appreciate the outpouring of support and understanding from all of you as we transitioned to carry-out and delivery-only for a period of time. It has been quite a journey and thanks to you we are able to take this next step.
